Maybe there are two tips, I think this is common practice since you
can pretty easily break the tip. The collapsed size is 1.5m. Without
considering the overlap to fit things together, 10 sections is 15 meters.

The light weight is really nice, as is the stiffness. I have a 20 foot
fiberglass pole and it is difficult to use. I've used Max Z's pole and
it is much easier to use. Ray Harlan's pole is even stiffer.
