I would say that your times are more than respectable! My best times have all been in an ideal Cat 1 site that is 25'-6" at the 15m circle where the category is determined and several feet higher in the middle. It's like a smaller scale Kent Fieldhouse.
Your launch pattern is what I consider ideal for Cat 1. The longer you can hold energy at the top of the climb the higher your time will be. I had a conversation with Len Surtees about this several years ago and his opinion was that this pattern couldn't make much difference in time. I would guess that at least two of us don't agree!
Chris had a significant bunt at the highest point in the room when he was flying his Cat 1 record.

This is getting interesting. My own prefered launch pattern for Cat1 is a vertical launch that does a 1/4 outside loop transitioning into the glide at the top of the launch. I am warping my flaps down about 3/8" for Std and 1/2" for Unlimited CLG. I don't fly handlaunch anymore due to shoulder problems. Perhaps my flaps are too stiff? Still, I am getting some fairly respectable times with this launch, 35 to 39 seconds under a 22' to the rafters ceiling.
