Chris,
Can you provide some dimensional and weight data on the boom? Can
you provide a close-up pic of the construction?

I have to admit DLG in AMA indoor HLG is not sitting well with me.
Every added report of success is like another dagger through my
heart. I have accepted DLG for outdoor (I am almost done building my
first one), and even in F1N, but I really did not want to see my
beloved sport of Javelin Launched Indoor glider go away. I am pretty
certain its days are numbered.

I am not trying to stop advancement of the sport, I am all for it.
However sprinting in a straight line across the floor of a large
building and launching a glider overhand is one of the greatest
natural highs I have ever experienced. Watching that glider leave my
fingertip and roll out high over my right shoulder in a tight
vertical roll is practically a substance addiction. Catapult glider
does not come close, and while DLG may surpass JLG in performance, it
will never replace it in my heart.

All that said, Chris, great work in pushing the envelope with your
new model. Kent will be fun. There may still be a few more JLG vs.
DLG showdowns coming, but probably not for long.
