PLP Premium urethane adhesive, available in caulk tubes and small tubes
at Home Depot, works well too. Cheaper than Goop if you buy the caulk
tube. Moisture cures it, so cover the open end with foil ...Takes
overnight to dry- this is the choice of bottle rocket builders to stick
fins in PET pop bottles. A bit of roughening of the plastic is always
good...
