S-hooks again

I apparently used Gary Baughman as the source of my s-hook method in
error. Now I don't really know where it came from. It could possibly
have been Steve Gardner who taught me all kinds of little tricks at
USIC one year.

Gary says he bends the s first and then the rest of the hook. Is this
the more normal way to do it?
