One of the teams had finally gotten a model to fly in the shop, so took
it to the gum at end of class. About a 45 sec flight with a nice cruise
on about 1/2 winds. Wound a bit more, started a good flight, decided to
land in a basket ball hoop - so naturally one of the tall guys jumped
up to get it loose - bits and pieces all over the floor. Dunno, maybe
they are gonna just give up, only one more day to holiday vacation, then
about 5 weeks to regionals.

i built a "hannan" torque meter, did some schooling on motor stuff.
