I use thin CA for spar and boom repairs and tweaking booms and wing posts. I buy the smallest size and end up throwing at least 1/2 away when it gets stale. I now use CA in my other hobby ( Guitar building ) so I probably will waste less. Paul Crowley of outdoor FAI fame uses a brush applied CA he gets at Home Depot and he says it is great, but I haven't tried it.

I really like zap-flex or similar. Rocklers woodworking sells a flex
version for a reasonable price. There are medium and thin flex ca's out
there. Regular CA gets too brittle over time, especially if you kick it...
