Looking at my notes from 3 years ago, TCP, (soybean oil hypoxide)
Nitrate DOPE and MEK seemed to have worked well with one part DOPE to
one part MEK and one 10th part TCP, I've found that Sig thinner can be
substituted for MEK. My test were conducted at approximately 75*F
