Of the time I have followed indoor rubber powered flyers it has always been advance building a pond advance.
Look at the VP as a example. There must be over ten flyers that advanced some small new material or building technique way, each building on top of another's achievement. There was a bunch of new ideas just this last year on this forum group. Some were small but they laid the ground work for bigger better advancements. Most of my points were to allow kids in Wright Stuff to do the same not necessarily with a VP only. The greater goal of experience in science exploration is important, IMO. That might lead them to an advancement in other science fields as adults some day. If, a long the way they come up with something better for Indoor world, even a little link in the ever progression, that would be nice also.
Indoor people here that try are truly honorable people from what my experiences have been. Breaking the rule isn't something to worry about with this group. Confusion, getting off track and losing site of goals we our all guilty of at times.
