An additional query on props. We are using "can" props, a nice
material to use is from the plastic gallon size water jugs heat formed
on the can. Problem is, any glue we've tried doesn't hold well, blades
pop off spar on a small floor impact - any thoughts ?
Roughen the contact areas slightly with sandpaper and use Formula 560 Canopy
Cement. You want a glue that remains slightly soft and flexible. Pretty
much nothing sticks to Polyethylene, especially if it gets really hard. There
may be contact cements and rubber cements that would work.
