Hi Caner,

First, work on the "efficiency" things that would help in any height
site such as:

- weight and strength light and in balance
- surfaces straight and true, except for intentional warps
- propeller diameter, pitch, pitch distribution, planform, etc.
appropriate for plane and site
- motor wound close to max turns and backed off to appropriate
launch torque
- max duration flight attitude

Then start thinking about ways to squish more of the flight profile
into the available ceiling height:

- variable geometry props (if allowed for the class you are
flying)
- flaring props
- torque burners
- ceiling scrubbing
- a prop / motor combination that uses the largest portion of
the available energy
- other iffy "tricks" for using more energy without outclimbing
the site (launch stalls, launch tuck, gadgets for ceiling scrubbing
w/o hanging, etc.)

The fun part is that there are lots of variables to play around
with. Let us know how it goes. BTW - Which event are you flying?
