Your local rules are too restrictive. Allow plastic props (specify maximum
diameter); no restrictions on rubber. The Phantom Flash, a very good flier
when permitted to do so. It deserves better.

My Phantom flies very well with the same 6" Ikara prop that comes with the
Butterfly model.
