I started out with a 2" change. After I got some of the problems figured out I had a 4" change. I think Jim Richmond's has a 4" change but I'm not sure if that is correct. My last props were about 17" closed and 21" open on an 18" span Penny Plane. From what Dr. Drela says I may have been better off with a smaller diameter.
