I got a call from Mark S. who got a called from Doug. He had some more
information from the World Championships. Doug ended up in 4th
place. He said he was in third until the last round and "when I got it
figured out it was just too late". Schram from Germany ended up taking
third.

He also said Brett ended up in 6th place and Kagen placed 10th.
