The model is flying at an Re of about 14,000 which is in the vicinity of Cat I HLG. I would think a wing with a glider airfoil would work very well. Perhaps Dr. Drela would have some input on this.

Might be an interesting experiment!
Makes a good case for going with a double covered undercambered with
with a turbulator spar or two. If you've got that much wiggle room
with weight, might as well use it for some aerodynamic efficiency.
