Finding the CG

I have plans that call for the CG to be 50% of the wing chord. I have
modified the wing from a 6" to 5" chord. I haven't changed anything
else. I'm thinking that if I position the LE at location originally
called for on the plans, with my wing ,I'm going to be tailheavy. Any
thoughts on wing position? Thanks
