Double springs on a VP hub?

A follow-up to my previous mail: I have seen pictures of a hub with 5
setscrews. I assume it is Ukrainian, as it is all aluminium construction.
3 screws are obvious, low and high pitch, main spring pretension. What
about the other two? Soft highpitch spring startingpoint and pretension?
(In which case the highpitch will be the highpitch for the extra spring,
not for the main spring.)
