Cutting thin tubing

How do folks usually cut tubing without crushing the end or ending up
with a ragged edge and a non-circular tube? Maybe I'm using the wrong
blade on the Dremel to do this?

Similarly what is the best blade to use for cutting carbon for use in
VP props?
