Based on recent experience at USIC, I think you'll want to make sure
you have skids on the stab tips where they touch the ground (can't
quite see if you already have them). That should eliminate any
controversy over the following rule:
5.1. A rise-off-ground (ROG) Indoor model
shall have a takeoff gear that permits it to take off
from the ground or floor under its own power. The
takeoff gear must be strong enough to support the
model in a normal attitude while at rest and permit it
to take off without damage, nosing over, or striking a
wing tip. When one wheel is used, skids or similar
devices shall be required to keep the model upright
and in a normal attitude and to prevent any part other
than the takeoff gear from touching the ground, floor,
or runway. At the moment of release, the model must
be held in such a manner that at least one (1) or more
points are resting on the ground, floor, or runway.
