Buffao contest results posted

I've posted the results of the May 21 contest held in the Buffalo Bills
fieldhouse. Look in the Image Gallery under Indoor Photos" and then "Contest
Pictures." These are actually JPEG copies of pages from my club's
newsletter, since I didn't relish the task of re-typing the data. I
inadvertently uploaded two copies of one of the three pages. I couldn't see
any means of deleting the extra copy.

We were disappointed with the turnout of a mere 18 open contestants and two
Wright Stuff teams, with both the WNYFFS and the Flying Aces Club each
taking a financial hit of $197 as a result. Those that did attend enjoyed
the usual well-run contest. The outside temperature was very low for late
May and of course we couldn't have the heating system on during the meet,
resulting in a chilly interior temperature of 61 degrees F that took its
toll on rubber performance. The relatively low times in some events were the
result.

Will we do it again next year? That remains to be decided by the two
sponsoring clubs. Without better support this year's contest may have been
the last.
