No deep analogies intended. Only claiming that a guy is a beginner
for his first model, and after that an average ability improver could
jump to whatever class seems APPEALING enough to stay motivated.
(Fine if that means 10 more models of the same so-called beginner
class.) But no need to stay with a so-called easy event just because
an experienced modeler or two has chosen to specialize there, and
make indoor seem so "hard."

My first exposure to indoor was an IMS kit, (Parlor Mites) which
provided a general concept about indoor wood sizes and building--
looking at the kit. After that--10 years later--Limited Pennyplane
seemed at least accessible. This ain't rocket science, although we
try hard to make it seem so.
