So you feel you are not competitive. So what! Set you own goals and
see if you can meet or exceed them. The analyze what you need to do to
exceed you next goal. ie: achieving a 1 minute flight. next a two
minute flight. etc etc. I look at the fun of the hobby is making
something and it flies!
Speak to the other fliers at the meets and pick up tips on building etc.
Watch what other flyers do and try to emulate them. It is not an
instant learning curve but if you keep at it thing will improve.
