If this is a new stripper I'd send it back to Ray to fix. If it's working like it's supposed to you should get clean cuts every time.

Has anyone had any experience with a Harlan Rubber not cutting thru
every 3-4" after you've cut about 8-10" OK.I was told there's a couple
of screws on the side but I'm a little concerned about messing with a
piece of equipment like this. I have yet to get consistant
rubber,maybe it due to this problem.
