The camber will matter a bit, as in it will add a few seconds to your time.
I would find a form that fits the shape of your origional blade then
either bake it at 250F for about five minutes, or go over it with the hair
dryer.Ideally you would want to vacum form the prop blades. What you don't
want is whatever your using to hold the prop creating marks in it. So
whatever seems to work best with your particular forming jig.
