Produce bags come in several flavors. Best are thin & frosty.
Material is usually polyethylene (sp?) which is often called low
temperature Teflon. Can be difficult to attach to balsa. I found
that Glue Stick works IF you wrap it around the spar and overlap
1/8 - 1/4" then glue it to itself.

BTW you can thin it a little and stiffen it a lot by glue/wrapping
it between sticks and stretching. Wrinkling also works better than
trying to keep it flat. It does heat-shrink but at very low
temperature, like 200F.
