I think that is a great idea... I would suggest possibly the following:

LPP - Banks design
EZB - Hobby Shopper
Ministick - Maybe a 777 ?

I would also put in that I don't think that curved outlines are really
that difficult, and if you would have cut templates for the outlines
(laser cut 1/8" or something...) that would take some of the
difficulty and time consuming part out... I've always thought that
making a squared wing tip was just as hard as bending one...
actually, it might be a good option to include or make an option
templates for construction... I think that would be a nice addition
to the kit, and just another part that the beginner wouldn't have to do...

Just some thoughts...
