Retrieval Pole

If any of you need a retrieval pole, up to 20' in length, I highly
recommend that you get a "B 'n' M's" Black Widow collapsible Crappie
pole. Mine has probably retrieved hundreds of stuck models. I've had
one for a couple of years now and recently lost the top plug and thought
I'd have to buy a new one. I contacted "B 'n' M's" to see if I could buy
a replacement. I was told no, but they'd be happy to send me one - no
charge, About 3 days later I received not one, but two replacements.
This is what I call customer service, especially when you consider that
it's a relatively inexpensive product. I bought mine at Bass Pro Shops
but I think any large fishing outfit could get you one and they are also
on-line.
