What is this prop for? It would not be legal for Science Olympiad.

Tns, that was the plan I was looking for, evidently the winning SO
model at the Buffalo meet was using that kind of prop, but I think it
was a monoplane.
just finished phase rwo of the plastic prop adventure, made a 6 1/2
dia by 1" blade width, round toothpick for spar, tissue tubes on
blades, complete with shaft and pigtail,weighs 1.3 gms.
Is that reasonably good ?
