My school's "C" group competed at regionals a week ago, flying team
took second (flying an Okie-dokie). They said there were several
bipes at the meet, none did well, they didn't know what was the
winning model.

FWIW, I did some prop blade forming, took some of the flat parts from
what our supermarket used to pack baked good in, wrapped it between
pieces cut from a cereal box around a 3" can. Heated the package in
an over at about 150 f, let cool and have some nice curved blanks for
prop blades. Just gotta mount in a hub, will make them adjustable for
pitch. See what total weight I get, should be about equal to an Ikara.
