Hi Don,

What I meant to say was that I wet the sheet of tissue as well. I
roll on glass and put the sheet of tissue on it and then wet it all
with a brush so it's really flat before wrapping an edge around the
former in the usual way and then introducing the wet blank. I find
that the drying process slightly tightens the tissue and hence the
blank and this is what gives me better tubes.

Am I the only loon who does it this way?
