PHX official elevation is 1087'. Barometer is about 1"Hg less than sea
level resulting in 1/2% hit re Sea Level. A bit less than Johnson City or
Moscow. Temperature, (especially in July) gets more than that oomph from
the rubber.
The roof closes all the way with some West facing overlaps.
Usually is left open so grass can grow so they can cut it.
All that just a couple miles from a major airport served by SW Airlines
where you can fly for peanuts.
