There is no "glaring error" in this regard. The precedent for tail
area is minimal, considering no limit exists in the four sets of rules
examined--namely the original Mather rules, the Y2K Brainbuster A6
rules, the Midwest Champs rules, nor the USIC rules.

If someone wants a 60% stab, have fun, and show us how its done.
