Forumla for cutting tapers on a Harlan Stripper...

Anyone know the formula that is used to calculate the settings to cut
tapered spars on a Harlan-type stripper...? I know that Tim has the
online utility, but since I don't have a PC close to my workbench, I
have to calculate it on a calculator...
