Aah, *now* I see what you were considering. A fudge factor discussion
might be classified as a "rules debate" which is off-topic. Thanks for
caring. However, I have suggested to several in private that rules
summaries are FINE, even a long rules explanation that doesn't become a
debate is FINE. But rules *development* often acquires a tediousness
and/or political component which has interest usually to only the 2-5
people who fly the event in question.

For example, the A6 rules Yahoo Group is doing fine, with 9 members
jabbering on about the smallest A6 issues. I'm enjoying it, but doubt
if our other 93 members would! That's how it should be, IMO.
