Don,
I was told to use the glassine envelopes when I bought rubber for the
first time a few months ago. I went to the local stamp and coin shop
and picked up 100 of them for $4.00 or so.
Searching for Glassine Envelopes on yahoo or ebay turned up numerous
hits too.
